Nicolae Ceaușescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miquel Argomedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Clube dos pro's goalkeeper Jerônimo Quintal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Clube dos pro's Jerônimo Quintal got control of the ball when Jorge Vasconcelos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Clube dos pro's Jerônimo Quintal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Clube dos pro from getting a goal against them. If Jorge Vasconcelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Clube dos pro getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Vasco Cuevas hit a great ball. Jerônimo Quintal made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Jorge Vasconcelos sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Clube dos pro's Epifanio Gaizkine got a free kick in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Jerônimo Quintal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorge Vasconcelos went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 55th minute Edmund Watarz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerônimo Quintal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 56 minutes, Edmund Watarz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Master Champion BMX Flat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmund Watarz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 58 minutes into the game, Jorge Vasconcelos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Jerônimo Quintal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Epifanio Gaizkine could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Nicolae Ceaușescu made a huge save. Miquel Argomedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolae Ceaușescu having to interfere. In the 68th match minute, Clube dos pro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Pernambucano to maneuver through the defense. Jerônimo Quintal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobiasz Rostow, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute.
