After a rather tough play, Defensores de Belén's Cornelio Abastas got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 7th minute of the match, Serafino Ofelio got a very nice opportunity to score, but David Johans was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 17th minute of the match AFC CERBEROS got a corner. Defensores de Belén's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Urbano Chinto ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led AFC CERBEROS's Urbano Chinto to fire away a dangerous shot which David Johans despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to Defensores de Belén getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Baldomiro Anaya hit a great ball. After 19 played minutes, AFC CERBEROS's Gregorio Inocente shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper David Johans came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AFC CERBEROS reached it. Mauro Joachim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tao Ke Qiang in the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Defensores de Belén's goalkeeper David Johans had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Serafino Ofelio. 28 minutes into the match, Urbano Chinto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of David Johans, 1-0. David Johans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Hanot, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Serafino Ofelio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. David Johans came out and tried to block the shot, but Serafino Ofelio slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the game, Gregorio Inocente threw the ball into play from the sideline. Defensores de Belén's Baldomiro Anaya quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience was convinced that Tao Ke Qiang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauro Joachim was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Defensores de Belén's Baldomiro Anaya managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cristobal Orlandus in the 44 minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tao Ke Qiang to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Tao Ke Qiang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mauro Joachim was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 59th minute of the match, Tao Ke Qiang got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mauro Joachim was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 60 minutes into the match, AFC CERBEROS's goalkeeper Mauro Joachim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baldomiro Anaya. 60 minutes into the match, Baldomiro Anaya dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mauro Joachim, 2-2. Defensores de Belén's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AFC CERBEROS the free kick. After 82 played minutes Defensores de Belén got a freekick which was hit by Tao Ke Qiang. Tao Ke Qiang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zbigniew Wyciszkiewicz took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauro Joachim. Mauro Joachim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. The Defensores de Belén players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
