Israel Bizi kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Wilfredo Quinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Cordeiro having to interfere. Leones FC's Leopoldo Lastur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Basajaun in the 7th minute of play. After 14 minutes Leones FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ovidio Basajaun who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Toby Futbol Club's corner Ovidio Basajaun fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leopoldo Lastur quite easily take care of the ball. After 19 minutes, Nicolas Bizi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leones FC and the Toby Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nicolas Bizi kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The supporters of Leones FC booed when Toby Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Israel Bizi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidio Basajaun came free, but Leopoldo Lastur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leopoldo Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidio Basajaun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilfredo Quinto to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Leones FC's Nicolas Bizi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnoldo Cordeiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Vito in the 61st minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leones FC's Leopoldo Lastur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Leones FC from getting a goal against them. In the 71st match minute, Leones FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Poz to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Toby Futbol Club booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Cayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 74 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Cayo. Ovidio Basajaun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leopoldo Lastur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. When Wilfredo Quinto came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Leones FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilfredo Quinto couldn't finish the play. Leopoldo Lastur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Basajaun in the 80th minute of play. In the 84th minute Ovidio Basajaun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Lastur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnoldo Cordeiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Quinto's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. In the 86thth minute of the game Wilfredo Quinto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Toby Futbol Club's Arnoldo Cordeiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 88th minute, Wilfredo Quinto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnoldo Cordeiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Israel Bizi scored 2-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leopoldo Lastur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leones FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Toby Futbol Club for a fine match.
