With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anier Balendin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Perfecto Mongis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Bidun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Omar Bidun was extremely unlucky when he, in the 14th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ's Perfecto Mongis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Santos in the 18th minute of play. BAC Belgrano de Cba were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Andres Isadore took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Omar Bidun got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-0. 20 minutes into the match. Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ's Perfecto Mongis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in BAC Belgrano de Cba's zone, Ben Gant stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anier Balendin came out of the goal and Ben Gant tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ben Gant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Anier Balendin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ's Jerônimo Martins in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BAC Belgrano de Cba's goalie prevented a goal. 47 minutes into the match, Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Bidun came free, but Perfecto Mongis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jerônimo Martins to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ's Gong Yong Zhi got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 65th minute Venancio Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perfecto Mongis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venancio Santos took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Perfecto Mongis. Perfecto Mongis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Siro Martxot kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Omar Bidun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Perfecto Mongis was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Anier Balendin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ben Gant in the 73rd minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ's Ben Gant nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anier Balendin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. BAC Belgrano de Cba made a substitution. Eleuterio Sandaili replaced Ladislao Inko. Perfecto Mongis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Neron in the 80th minute of play. After 81 minutes, Jerônimo Martins made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. BAC Belgrano de Cba's Anier Balendin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ defense, Omar Bidun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Perfecto Mongis. The Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Perfecto Mongis should have stopped the shot. Ben Gant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Balendin having to interfere. BAC Belgrano de Cba's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
