The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Firman during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcos Firman hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Erubiel Cerilo hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Alejandro Artizar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute, Pedro Truylos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to CF Scalonetos getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Diego Marino hit a great ball. A long shot from Severiano Beltran in the 18th minute of play was well struck, but Ahmed Long made a really good save at the right post. After a rather tough play, CF Scalonetos's Erubiel Cerilo got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute of the match Severiano Beltran sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmed Long skillfully saved the ball. Pedro Truylos might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahmed Long. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedro Truylos ran back to his position shaking his head. Lucio Abajas's late challenge caught a Berutti FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucio Abajas helped the player get up and apologised. Marcos Firman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ahmed Long came out and tried to block the shot, but Marcos Firman slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 29th minute. The supporters of Berutti FC booed when CF Scalonetos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evelio Urtats didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute of the match Severiano Beltran shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmed Long showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the CF Scalonetos defense, Everardo Anaya kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahmed Long. The CF Scalonetos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmed Long should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Victor Dominic could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Ahmed Long however easily saved by the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Erubiel Cerilo hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 55th match minute, Berutti FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Arnau to maneuver through the defense. Bernardino Euloxu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cleto Frechoso's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Raul Jaizki kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 63 minutes, Raul Jaizki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CF Scalonetos and the Berutti FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, CF Scalonetos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Jaizki to maneuver through the defense. Ahmed Long made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severiano Beltran in the 64th minute of play. Erubiel Cerilo charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erubiel Cerilo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th match minute, CF Scalonetos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erubiel Cerilo to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute Everardo Anaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmed Long saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Berutti FC's Everardo Anaya nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ahmed Long made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as CF Scalonetos's Cleto Frechoso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bernardino Euloxu. That made the score 3-1 after 78 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Cleto Frechoso managed to get in a good position for a shot. CF Scalonetos's supporters rose to their feet, but Cleto Frechoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardino Euloxu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Everardo Anaya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Ahmed Long tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmed Long took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everardo Anaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, CF Scalonetos's Cleto Frechoso got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Ahmed Long made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Anaya in the 95th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Berutti FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
