With a little luck, Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano got control of the ball when Haroldo Corderun tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Silver Play 2 made a substitution. Flavio Iraunkor replaced Mario Montel. Silver Play 2's Franco Muñoz was substituted for Cordeiro Viejo. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Haroldo Corderun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Silver Play 2's supporters rose to their feet, but Haroldo Corderun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Germano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Germano should have stopped the shot. In the 89th minute, Franco Muñoz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
