The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Julien Hamonic during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Snorlax FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Julien Hamonic hit a great ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 18 minutes into the game, when Clemente Nel put in a rough tackle. 18 minutes into the game, one of Atlético Rio Cuarto:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 20th minute there was a penalty for Snorlax FC. Tibalt Bruna stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Celso Lonzo. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Snorlax FC's Szczepan Mazierz got a free kick in the 28th minute. Snorlax FC's Sancho Vesel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Snorlax FC from getting a goal against them. Celso Lonzo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Szczepan Mazierz's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Atlético Rio Cuarto's Celso Lonzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szczepan Mazierz in the 37th minute of play. After 38 minutes, Bonifacio Ado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlético Rio Cuarto and the Snorlax FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bonifacio Ado hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The Atlético Rio Cuarto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celso Lonzo should have stopped the shot. After having played for 58 minutes, Saverio Otoniel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Rio Cuarto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saverio Otoniel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Szczepan Mazierz took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celso Lonzo. Celso Lonzo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 63rd match minute, Atlético Rio Cuarto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Lovagnini to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Tibalt Bruna in the 64th minute really tested Celso Lonzo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Celso Lonzo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Snorlax FC played a much better game than Atlético Rio Cuarto and deserved their victory. The Atlético Rio Cuarto players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
