Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Mauro Sarmento blasted a shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ledesma Caicedo having to make a save. Ledesma Caicedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Telmo da Fonseca in the 4th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Obi Blue kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Doni Seco. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, West Town SC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Sarmento came free, but Ledesma Caicedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. West Town SC's Ledesma Caicedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Sarmento in the 13th minute of play. Obi Blue took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Doni Seco. Doni Seco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 25 minutes into the match, West Town SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Pinho came free, but Ledesma Caicedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venceslao Beite hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, one of West Town SC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for West Town SC. Ledesma Caicedo had in the 31stth minute some difficulties stopping Mauro Sarmento's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Obi Blue kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Venceslao Beite cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Doni Seco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ledesma Caicedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Sarmento, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcelo Eger was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute, Castanheiro SC's Mauro Sarmento dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guillermo Raiz during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to West Town SC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Guillermo Raiz hit a great ball. After 66 played minutes Castanheiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Ulisses Senna. Doni Seco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Obi Blue in the 67th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, West Town SC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Eger came free, but Ledesma Caicedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ledesma Caicedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcelo Eger in the 73rd minute. Mauro Sarmento did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-2 to the left of a surprised Ledesma Caicedo 76 minutes into the match. Obi Blue took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Doni Seco. Doni Seco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. West Town SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Júnior Alagoano scored to the left of an out of position Ledesma Caicedo, making the score, 4-3. After 91 minutes of play, West Town SC's Cain Blue made it 5-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Doni Seco was left in no man's land by his defense there! West Town SC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
