In the 8th minute of the match ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA got a corner. Simbo FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elpidio Francis ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Rafael Dalmu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa did a great save. Tincho Palermo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Branislav Velchevski 10 minutes into the match. After having played for 13 minutes, Boleslaw Sidorowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Simbo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boleslaw Sidorowicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Branislav Velchevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tincho Palermo in the 15th minute of the match. Branislav Velchevski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boleslaw Sidorowicz in the 17th minute. A collision led to ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Arnaldo Gabon hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Branislav Velchevski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tincho Palermo. Through an outstanding action, after 36 minutes, Branislav Velchevski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Honorato Bibiano struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Branislav Velchevski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Simbo FC. Boleslaw Sidorowicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Branislav Velchevski made a huge save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tincho Palermo made a kick off. Branislav Velchevski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Francis in the 57th minute of play. In the 84th minute, Miliano Sacristán made a precise shot to the right of Branislav Velchevski. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Branislav Velchevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miliano Sacristán in the 88th minute of the match. After 90 played minutes ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA got a freekick which was hit by Olle Snell. When the referee ended the match the Simbo FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
