When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tincho Palermo made a kick off. Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Domingues in the 52nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Pedro Domingues kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mías Khalifa. That made the score 0-1 in the 52 minute of play. A collision led to Isótopos V.M. getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Telmo Nogueira hit a great ball. Ignacio Di Stasi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabri Ravelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th play minute Taribo West came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mías Khalifa. 0-2. Taribo West could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Mías Khalifa made a huge save. Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Simbo FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orvar Carlsson got free with Mías Khalifa in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albeiro Usuriaga in the 72nd minute of play forced Simbo FC's goalkeeper Mías Khalifa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isótopos V.M.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miliano Sacristán was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Albeiro Usuriaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Isótopos V.M. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
