With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rubens Prata in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ignacio Di Stasi saved Isótopos V.M. from getting behind. Higinio Sansone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Domingues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Pedro Domingues left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Isótopos V.M. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 47 played minutes, Isótopos V.M.'s Crişan Fenomeno shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Higinio Sansone came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Isótopos V.M. reached it.

Nina fc's Fulgencio Romildo was substituted for Aldo Navarro. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albeiro Usuriaga to strike the kick off in the second half. Isótopos V.M.'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
