Gualterio Mede fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 3rd minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albeiro Usuriaga in the 6th minute of play forced Alijilán returns's goalkeeper Victor Erauso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Co Bayo in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ignacio Di Stasi saved Isótopos V.M. from getting behind. If Taribo West had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ignacio Di Stasi was a little too slow when Adilson Rocha got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 1-0. Crişan Fenomeno hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. With his leg Ignacio Di Stasi managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Alijilán returns's Cyprian Sroki fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 30 minutes into the match, Isótopos V.M.'s Albeiro Usuriaga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victor Erauso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Alijilán returns booed when Isótopos V.M. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taribo West didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Aytuğ Aral in the 45th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Isótopos V.M.'s Taribo West. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Albeiro Usuriaga made the kick off in the second half. Albeiro Usuriaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alijilán returns's Victor Erauso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albeiro Usuriaga in the 52nd minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Isótopos V.M.'s Albeiro Usuriaga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victor Erauso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Ignacio Di Stasi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adilson Rocha in the 68th minute of play. Ignacio Di Stasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adilson Rocha in the 71st minute of the match. Victor Erauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albeiro Usuriaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 78th minute, one of Alijilán returns:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Alijilán returns. Isótopos V.M. made a substitution. Fulgencio Matia replaced Jonatan Maidana. Jacobo Azubeli made in the 83rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Aytuğ Aral. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyprian Sroki in the 89th minute of play forced Isótopos V.M.'s goalkeeper Ignacio Di Stasi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd match minute, Isótopos V.M. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kjetil-André Digernes to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute Albeiro Usuriaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Erauso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Domingues in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victor Erauso saved Alijilán returns from getting behind. The Alijilán returns players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
