After 4 played minutes Los romperredes F.C got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Valdés. With a little luck, Los romperredes F.C's Lia Saez got control of the ball when Louie Gardner tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lia Saez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Louie Gardner in the 9th minute. After a rather tough play, Los romperredes F.C's Nicanor Valdés got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 13th match minute, U21 Jordan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damion Croft to maneuver through the defense. Sabin Reyes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of U21 Jordan booed when Los romperredes F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaskon Mayor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lia Saez acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 21st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Vern Beadel. Rodas Arribas hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, U21 Jordan's Harvey Pinder ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lia Saez. Lia Saez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Stephen Bright took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacob Valines, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the U21 Jordan defense, Gaskon Mayor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stephen Bright. The U21 Jordan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stephen Bright should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Idacio Helguera in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stephen Bright prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th match minute, U21 Jordan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vern Beadel to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th match minute, U21 Jordan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danny Cornforth to maneuver through the defense. Stephen Bright didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Idacio Helguera went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After the first half Los romperredes F.C were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Idacio Helguera to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes Los romperredes F.C got a freekick which was hit by Rodas Arribas. In the 55th minute of the match Vern Beadel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lia Saez skillfully saved the ball. In the 57th minute Louie Gardner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lia Saez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Los romperredes F.C's zone, Louie Gardner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lia Saez came out of the goal and Louie Gardner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodas Arribas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stephen Bright having to interfere. Jacob Valines received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stephen Bright came out and tried to block the shot, but Jacob Valines slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 65th minute. After a rather tough play, Los romperredes F.C's Kaiet Carballeira got a free kick in the 75th minute. Vern Beadel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lia Saez. Los romperredes F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Los romperredes F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Joseph Spurgeon came free, but Lia Saez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Idacio Helguera took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stephen Bright. Stephen Bright dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Gaskon Mayor scored 1-5 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stephen Bright, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stephen Bright showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Idacio Helguera, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Stephen Bright made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacob Valines in the 89th minute. Lia Saez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kieran Faulkner went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. Lia Saez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Louie Gardner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Los romperredes F.C supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Los romperredes F.C would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
