With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ter Stegen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Baoithin Doherty hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Erlantz Bermejo struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Ter Stegen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.D. Alcorcón. A.D. Alcorcón's attentive Natxo Cacheres managed to snatch the ball when Mack Willson made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. Ter Stegen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belo Alvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erlantz Bermejo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ter Stegen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. 1948 MKS's Ter Stegen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belo Alvarez in the 34th minute of play. Ter Stegen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlantz Bermejo in the 35th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Belo Alvarez in the 37th managed to get into a good position. In the 40th minute of the match, Gilbert Jameson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Maurino Serena saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Belo Alvarez made a kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Erlantz Bermejo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 1948 MKS's Ter Stegen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ter Stegen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erlantz Bermejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 58 played minutes A.D. Alcorcón got a freekick which was hit by Natxo Cacheres. A.D. Alcorcón's Laurin Mangas was substituted for Nereo Acosta. 64 minutes into the game, A.D. Ter Stegen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 67 minutes into the match, Erlantz Bermejo notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of 1948 MKS's Ter Stegen. Ter Stegen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Erlantz Bermejo came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the A.D. Alcorcón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erlantz Bermejo couldn't finish the play. 1948 MKS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Belo Alvarez scored to the left of an out of position Ter Stegen, making the score, 0-4. A.D. Alcorcón made a substitution. Leroy Antunez replaced Belo Alvarez. The supporters of A.D. Alcorcón booed when 1948 MKS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mack Willson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 minutes, Mack Willson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 1948 MKS and the A.D. Alcorcón players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of A.D. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. A.D. Alcorcón walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
