In the 5th minute of the match, Valdir da Silva got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedro Paulo Penha was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cristian Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clive Burr, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Deen Castronovo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Deen Castronovo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Peres was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. 15 minutes into the match, Ogro F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Aloísio Chulapa came free, but Pedro Paulo Penha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Paulo Penha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aloísio Chulapa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st match minute, Divina Comédia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Váldson Lopes to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clive Burr in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Deen Castronovo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Cristian Peres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 29 minutes into the match, Ogro F.C.'s goalkeeper Pedro Paulo Penha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aloísio Chulapa. 31 minutes into the match, Ogro F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Aloísio Chulapa came free, but Pedro Paulo Penha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Ogro F.C.'s Deen Castronovo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristian Peres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Cristian Peres came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Ogro F.C.'s Clive Burr. But to his dismay, Clive Burr quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Deen Castronovo might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristian Peres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Deen Castronovo ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristian Peres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Deen Castronovo went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Ogro F.C. made a substitution. Mario Duplantier replaced Alexandre Aposan. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luiz Fabiano Gøl made a kick off. Artur de Castro hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Pedro Paulo Penha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aloísio Chulapa in the 55th minute of play. Pedro Paulo Penha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aloísio Chulapa, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Deen Castronovo took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Cristian Peres to make any attempt to save it. Deen Castronovo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Cristian Peres made a huge save. In the 75th minute, Váldson Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Peres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clive Burr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Peres made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Deen Castronovo sent off a good shot on target. After 79 minutes of play, Ogro F.C.'s Deen Castronovo made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristian Peres was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristian Peres made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Ramon Montagner sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Divina Comédia FC defense, Deen Castronovo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristian Peres. The Divina Comédia FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristian Peres should have stopped the shot. Ogro F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
