Cristian Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dário Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After a rather tough play, Divina Comédia FC's Dedê Cerezo got a free kick in the 9th minute. Cristian Peres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Alcântara in the 12th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Alcântara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Cristian Peres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A sloppy throw-in by Frank Rosado in the 18th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ferreira Lopes MZC's Luka Beaugendre. Ferreira Lopes MZC's Ronaldo Alcântara got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 20 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Alcântara notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Divina Comédia FC's Cristian Peres. Cristian Peres was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Ronaldo Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ferreira Lopes MZC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldo Alcântara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristian Peres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dedê Cerezo got free with Tomé Montenegro in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Peres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronaldo Alcântara's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Alcântara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Cristian Peres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldo Alcântara in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Peres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Ferreira Lopes MZC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ferreira Lopes MZC's Herald Depauw was substituted for Luka Beaugendre. Ronaldo Alcântara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristian Peres having to make a save. After 55 minutes of play, Ferreira Lopes MZC's Ronaldo Alcântara made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristian Peres was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristian Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldo Alcântara in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristian Peres saved Divina Comédia FC from getting behind. Ronaldo Alcântara took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristian Peres. Cristian Peres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Ronaldo Alcântara might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristian Peres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ronaldo Alcântara ran back to his position shaking his head. Divina Comédia FC's Cristian Peres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Alcântara in the 71st minute of play. Cristian Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. If Ronaldo Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ferreira Lopes MZC's Tomé Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorian Valladares in the 77th minute of play. Dário Martins in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cristian Peres, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 80th minute, Ferreira Lopes MZC's Ronaldo Alcântara ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cristian Peres. Cristian Peres yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. 84 minutes into the match, Dário Martins had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristian Peres. Divina Comédia FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dário Martins was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. After a defensive mix-up in Divina Comédia FC's zone, Ronaldo Alcântara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristian Peres came out of the goal and Ronaldo Alcântara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 89 minutes into the game, José Paulo Negri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Divina Comédia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ferreira Lopes MZC the free kick. Dário Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronaldo Alcântara got free with Cristian Peres in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Peres was a little too slow when Ronaldo Alcântara got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 0-10. Ferreira Lopes MZC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
