The ball went over the crossbar instead. 15 minutes into the match, Thiago Almada had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Severino Alcântara. AF CERRADO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thiago Almada was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a rather tough play, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Wiliam Torres got a free kick in the 19th minute. 22 minutes into the game, AF CERRADO's Ezequiel Melo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. John Victor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When AF CERRADO's Arí Motta, in the 29th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for AF CERRADO. Severino Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thiago Almada in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Wiliam Torres hit a great ball. AF CERRADO's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Thiago Almada 46 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thiago Almada made a kick off. Wanderson Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. A collision led to CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Luís Paulo Coelho hit a great ball. John Victor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arí Motta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Almada in the 57th minute of play forced AF CERRADO's goalkeeper Severino Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hernani Prata, 59 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 65th minute Ezequiel Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Victor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of AF CERRADO booed when CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulisses Valadares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Didi Gaúcho hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Thiago Almada's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Severino Alcântara was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. When Wiliam Torres fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s protests and gave Wiliam Torres a yellow card for diving instead. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after AF CERRADO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hernani Prata took the corner. In the 81st minute of the match CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ got a corner. AF CERRADO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hernani Prata ran over to the corner to take the kick. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Igor Jesus got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Elano Viana seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Elano Viana the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Elano Viana had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Elano Viana hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. With a little luck, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s John Victor got control of the ball when Maicon Gonçalves tried to sneak it across the goal line. AF CERRADO's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
