An unexpectedly hard shot by Vincent Abubakar in the 42nd minute of play forced Joga Bonito's goalkeeper Iwan Hryc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Ballkam Sportsklubb's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Literski came free, but Odin Saue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Ballkam Sportsklubb were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
