An unexpected shot in the 6th minute by Anibal Gergori got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 12th match minute, Lomas de Zamora FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wang Wei Ke to maneuver through the defense. Narciso Napier came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Herrier's Prudencio Lehior. But to his dismay, Prudencio Lehior quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Justo Izotz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Bero, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The supporters of Lomas de Zamora FC booed when Herrier was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hubert Esparza didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Orlando Bero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Justo Izotz was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Orlando Bero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lomas de Zamora FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Orlando Bero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justo Izotz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Narciso Napier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmacio Llorenc in the 39th minute of play. Saturnino Txordon hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Herrier's goal looked a bit too open when Anibal Gergori came free, but Justo Izotz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Orlando Bero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Orlando Bero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Justo Izotz. Herrier's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orlando Bero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. A collision led to Herrier getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Hubert Esparza hit a great ball. Ramon Robres kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Orlando Bero hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Lomas de Zamora FC's Narciso Napier got control of the ball when Dalmacio Llorenc tried to sneak it across the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Llorenc recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Narciso Napier. Dalmacio Llorenc showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 68th minute, Mateo Fagildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Bero in the 71st minute of play forced Herrier's goalkeeper Justo Izotz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the game, Hubert Esparza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Herrier's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lomas de Zamora FC the free kick. Justo Izotz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Gergori in the 84th minute of the match. Lomas de Zamora FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ramon Robres in the 86th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orlando Bero in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Justo Izotz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Răzvan Ghioane during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Herrier's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
