In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético Grau Piura's goalkeeper Tartalo Delatorre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zbyszko Czerniejewski might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tartalo Delatorre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zbyszko Czerniejewski ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 11th minute, Fabian Oterino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mariusz Kajdasz. The goal made the score 1-0. Fabian Oterino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 19th minute Zbyszko Czerniejewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tartalo Delatorre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Real Olivos FC's Zbyszko Czerniejewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tartalo Delatorre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tartalo Delatorre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Lucchetti in the 23rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Luca Lucchetti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tartalo Delatorre was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Fabian Oterino ran back to his position shaking his head. Mariusz Kajdasz made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Fabian Oterino sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Real Olivos FC's Mariusz Kajdasz got control of the ball when Fabian Oterino tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Lucchetti in the 40th minute of play forced Atlético Grau Piura's goalkeeper Tartalo Delatorre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fabian Oterino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Real Olivos FC's Primo Figueiras was substituted for Sugoi Urtiaran. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Tartalo Delatorre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Manny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Arturo Rocendo in the 54th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Atlético Grau Piura's Francisco Conceicão. After 56 minutes, King Reyes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlético Grau Piura and the Real Olivos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Atlético Grau Piura getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. King Reyes hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luca Lucchetti in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tartalo Delatorre saved Atlético Grau Piura from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Zbyszko Czerniejewski took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Tartalo Delatorre to make any attempt to save it. Atlético Grau Piura made a substitution. Junior Quintana replaced Fabian Oterino. Atlético Grau Piura's Tartalo Delatorre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszko Czerniejewski in the 73rd minute of play. When Atlético Grau Piura's Junior Quintana in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Despite this Mariusz Kajdasz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 80th minute of the match, Maximiliano Manny tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tartalo Delatorre saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 80 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Manny notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Atlético Grau Piura's Tartalo Delatorre. Tartalo Delatorre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Atlético Grau Piura's Junior Quintana got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Real Olivos FC booed when Atlético Grau Piura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hulk Ulaş didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petar Luks took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tartalo Delatorre. Atlético Grau Piura's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dantel Peñuñuri kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Leobardo Tojedo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mariusz Kajdasz. Real Olivos FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Junior Quintana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mariusz Kajdasz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. The Real Olivos FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
