Reynaldo Termiñon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xu Xi Peng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reynaldo Termiñon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teymur Alşanov in the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Genaro Buendia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RED STAR FC.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Deportivo Callao the free kick. In the 20th match minute, RED STAR FC. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genaro Buendia to maneuver through the defense. Husni Yulianto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Brais Morales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brais Morales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Husni Yulianto in the 23rd minute of the match. Ramiro Urtueta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brais Morales having to interfere. In the 38th minute Teymur Alşanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Termiñon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Brais Morales showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loco Escajedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Husni Yulianto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brais Morales having to interfere. 71 minutes into the game, Serafo Escalona was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Deportivo Callao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RED STAR FC. the free kick. Loco Escajedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramiro Urtueta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brais Morales didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Loco Escajedo went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Brais Morales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Husni Yulianto in the 84th minute of the match. Club Deportivo Callao's Ramiro Urtueta got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of RED STAR FC. booed when Club Deportivo Callao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quinito Villapol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brais Morales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Husni Yulianto in the 88th minute of play. Club Deportivo Callao's Reynaldo Termiñon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teymur Alşanov in the 91st minute of play.
