The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucjan Dziuma got free with Vintilă Tiberiu in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the match, Lucjan Dziuma notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Vintilă Tiberiu. Vintilă Tiberiu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Wit Cielencki came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the MKS Flota Świnoujście fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wit Cielencki couldn't finish the play. Zbyszek Kornaszewski took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vintilă Tiberiu. Vintilă Tiberiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Wasyl Kendra hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After 29 played minutes, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Romeo Hoduț shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andrzej Bielenda came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Dziuma in the 35th minute of play forced FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goalkeeper Vintilă Tiberiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute Lucjan Dziuma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vintilă Tiberiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vintilă Tiberiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbyszek Kornaszewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Andrzej Bielenda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Costache, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ioan Botgros to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Stelian Busuioceanu threw the ball into play from the sideline. MKS Flota Świnoujście's Wit Cielencki quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 55 played minutes FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt got a freekick which was hit by Martin Costache. Ioan Botgros kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, one of FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Andrzej Bielenda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Costache in the 68th minute of play. Aron Neaga hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Vintilă Tiberiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wit Cielencki in the 78th minute of play. In the 89th minute Wit Cielencki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vintilă Tiberiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Mircea Jivulescu in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by MKS Flota Świnoujście's Zbyszek Kornaszewski. 92 minutes into the game, MKS Flota Świnoujście's Lucjan Dziuma nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vintilă Tiberiu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MKS Flota Świnoujście fully deserved thier win.
