Rein Keerme charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rein Keerme the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zé Roberto Teixeira was a little too slow when Enio Coelho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 1-0. Zé Roberto Teixeira made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Enio Coelho sent off a good shot on target. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Prospero Jobo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Vladimiro Marquez, made in the 34th minute of the game. Stamen Tekeliev scored 1-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ter Stefanek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 48th minute Playa Malvín were awarded a corner. Stelian Murgu went to the cornerflag to take it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stamen Tekeliev was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Ter Stefanek got control of the ball when Stelian Murgu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Playa Malvín's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stelian Murgu in the 53rd minute. Enio Coelho struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Zé Roberto Teixeira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS.
