Eduardo Domeka took the ball and in the 2 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anfilogino Tolin. Anfilogino Tolin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Anfilogino Tolin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto-Federico Acosta in the 6th minute of play. Anfilogino Tolin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto-Federico Acosta in the 7th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Huang Lin Fan in the 8th minute of play forced Carabata Groove's goalkeeper Cristobal Goito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristobal Goito made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Huang Lin Fan sent off a good shot on target. Anfilogino Tolin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Domeka in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto-Federico Acosta in the 16th minute of play forced Aerolineas Argentinas FC's goalkeeper Anfilogino Tolin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Andreas Möller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anfilogino Tolin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner ended in Huang Lin Fan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Carabata Groove's Cristobal Goito did a great save. After 32 minutes of play, Carabata Groove's Eduardo Domeka made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anfilogino Tolin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anfilogino Tolin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Domeka in the 35th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Gong Yu Le managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gong Yu Le was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristobal Goito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute Eduardo Domeka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anfilogino Tolin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anfilogino Tolin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Möller in the 44th minute of the match. After the first half Carabata Groove were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Carabata Groove's Hauk Hareide was substituted for Andreas Möller. Carabata Groove made a substitution. Hermengildo Bazkoare replaced Alberto-Federico Acosta. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Hauk Hareide sped through Aerolineas Argentinas FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anfilogino Tolin. In the 60th minute, Evaristo Cordareo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th minute Sebastián Erasto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Goito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Evaristo Cordareo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aerolineas Argentinas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The tension between the Carabata Groove and the Aerolineas Argentinas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cristobal Goito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastián Erasto in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Carabata Groove's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sebastián Erasto was slow to take the kick. During this time Aerolineas Argentinas FC's players had a chance to rest. 96 minutes into the game, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Sebastián Erasto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristobal Goito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3.
