In the 3rd minute, Eloy Urdaspal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ariel Ponc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stacy Doll in the 4th minute of the match. 5 minutes into the game, Stacy Doll cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ariel Ponc was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 10 minutes of play, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Stacy Doll made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ariel Ponc was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ariel Ponc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Huang Lin Fan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villa Mitre City's goalkeeper Ariel Ponc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Stacy Doll's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ariel Ponc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Basilio Mendiko quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eloy Urdaspal, made in the 19th minute of the game. Stacy Doll struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Ariel Ponc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aerolineas Argentinas FC. If Saturnino Lehior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Stacy Doll got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stacy Doll in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ariel Ponc saved Villa Mitre City from getting behind. Ariel Ponc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stacy Doll, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Villa Mitre City's zone, Stacy Doll stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ariel Ponc came out of the goal and Stacy Doll tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saturnino Lehior got free with Anfilogino Tolin in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 41 played minutes Aerolineas Argentinas FC got a freekick which was hit by Albino Rodriguez. Saturnino Lehior could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Anfilogino Tolin made a huge save. Stacy Doll might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ariel Ponc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stacy Doll ran back to his position shaking his head. Anfilogino Tolin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arsenio Maria in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Villa Mitre City made a substitution. Imam Sarwono replaced Saturnino Lehior. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Feliciano Fernendo made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre City's goal looked a bit too open when Huang Lin Fan came free, but Ariel Ponc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Villa Mitre City's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Huang Lin Fan was slow to take the kick. During this time Aerolineas Argentinas FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Huang Lin Fan to fire away a dangerous shot which Ariel Ponc despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 65th minute, Evaristo Cordareo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aerolineas Argentinas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Macías in the 69th minute of play forced Aerolineas Argentinas FC's goalkeeper Anfilogino Tolin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Anfilogino Tolin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliciano Fernendo in the 74th minute of play. Mauricio Macías sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aerolineas Argentinas FC made a substitution. In the 86th minute of the match, Evaristo Cordareo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ariel Ponc saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 88 played minutes Villa Mitre City got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Macías. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evaristo Cordareo in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ariel Ponc saved Villa Mitre City from getting behind. Ariel Ponc made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Sebastián Erasto sent off a good shot on target. Mauricio Macías charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauricio Macías the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 92 played minutes Villa Mitre City got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Macías. In the 94th minute, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Evaristo Cordareo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. After a rather tough play, Villa Mitre City's Imam Sarwono got a free kick in the 96th minute. Ariel Ponc came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Evaristo Cordareo. But to his dismay, Evaristo Cordareo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. When the final whistle went the supporters of Aerolineas Argentinas FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Villa Mitre City side.
