Pavao Zadro started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Bento Ribeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SLB TELHA's Álvaro Garcia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save SLB TELHA from getting a goal against them. After taking down the ball on Lobos de Carelia's corner Horacio Oliverios fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Álvaro Garcia quite easily take care of the ball. Nestor Cortez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Nestor Cortez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noel Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nestor Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Marinho in the 11th minute of the match. Noel Marinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Cortez having to interfere. The supporters of Lobos de Carelia booed when SLB TELHA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noel Marinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Álvaro Garcia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prospero Perico. Eusebio Rios hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. SLB TELHA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adolfo Caires in the 21st minute. After 23 played minutes Lobos de Carelia got a freekick which was hit by Vecdi Tamkut. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lobos de Carelia's goalkeeper Nestor Cortez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nestor Cortez came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by SLB TELHA's Noel Marinho. But to his dismay, Noel Marinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Nestor Cortez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Pavao Zadro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lobos de Carelia's supporters rose to their feet, but Pavao Zadro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Álvaro Garcia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Ribas in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nestor Cortez saved Lobos de Carelia from getting behind. 45 minutes into the game, one of SLB TELHA:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 47 minutes, Lobos de Carelia's Cleto Confesor got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Álvaro Garcia.

In the 52nd match minute, Lobos de Carelia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vecdi Tamkut to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavao Zadro in the 55th minute of play forced SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Álvaro Garcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by SLB TELHA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Horacio Oliverios was slow to take the kick. During this time Lobos de Carelia's players had a chance to rest. With a little luck, Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez got control of the ball when Noel Marinho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Álvaro Garcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Perico in the 63rd minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, SLB TELHA's goal looked a bit too open when Pavao Zadro came free, but Álvaro Garcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lobos de Carelia made a substitution. Cristobal Lia replaced Pavao Zadro. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Prospero Perico in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Álvaro Garcia saved SLB TELHA from getting behind. After 78 minutes, Prospero Perico made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. SLB TELHA's Álvaro Garcia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Álvaro Garcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristobal Lia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute Cristobal Lia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bianco Pietropaolo hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Horacio Oliverios, 88 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Prospero Perico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
