After some careless play in the Noia defense, Cayo Mario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geovani Velloso. The Noia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geovani Velloso should have stopped the shot. Radiohead Freaks Club's Thom Threepwood played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Durvalino Toscano in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayo Mario in the 90th minute of play forced Noia's goalkeeper Geovani Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
