In the 12th minute László Almási shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilhelm Galle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jakab Sipos kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Gomez Esperanza came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller. But to his dismay, Sebastian Käller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Kind of Blue made a substitution. Anastasios Pallini replaced Joel Gaxan. In the 32ndth minute of the game Sebastian Käller who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's Gomez Esperanza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Sebastian Käller put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Gomez Esperanza. In the 37th minute, Zhuo Ke Le got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sebastian Käller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The referee gave János Farkas a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 84th minute of the game. One of Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kind of Blue:s goal. The goalkeeper, Gomez Esperanza, was totally fooled by Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller, who 87 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 90 minutes into the match, Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Käller came free, but Gomez Esperanza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Sebastian Käller cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Gomez Esperanza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
