In the 16th minute Silvano Bide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tayyar Poyraz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Servet Bakırcıoğlu fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's protests and gave Servet Bakırcıoğlu a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. François-Xavier Dionnet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bogdan Bambas in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute of the match BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 got a corner. Ruquense FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Börje Linquist ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Börje Linquist almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ruquense FC's François-Xavier Dionnet did a great save. Bogdan Bambas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bogdan Bambas got free with François-Xavier Dionnet in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee ended the match the Ruquense FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
