Fernando Selatse was left in no man's land by his defense there! Toro Martínez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Toro Martínez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 94th minute Toro Martínez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysmael Marfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Toro Martínez might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ysmael Marfil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Toro Martínez ran back to his position shaking his head. Ysmael Marfil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toro Martínez in the 96th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Despidida AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
