An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Ove Björkqvist in the 12th minute of play forced Creekers's goalkeeper Jude Crocker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ksawery Tyszka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tolga Kural having to make a save. Creekers's Jude Crocker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Ove Björkqvist in the 22nd minute of play. Tolga Kural showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leevi Kampman, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Tolga Kural made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Gines in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to Creekers getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Veniamin Tziortzopoulos hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ladislao Gines got free with Tolga Kural in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute, Creekers's Ladislao Gines ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tolga Kural. Tolga Kural yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Creekers made a substitution. Reynaldo Driscoll replaced Ladislao Gines. In the 76th minute Leevi Kampman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolga Kural saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atalan Tosunoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Jude Crocker made a huge save. Creekers's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
