In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ruquense FC's François-Xavier Dionnet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erlantz Bermejo in the 16th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Remigio Quirze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Erlantz Bermejo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.D. Alcorcón fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 27 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Silvano Bide came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erlantz Bermejo took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised François-Xavier Dionnet. François-Xavier Dionnet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. With a little luck, Ruquense FC's François-Xavier Dionnet got control of the ball when Erlantz Bermejo tried to sneak it across the goal line. François-Xavier Dionnet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erlantz Bermejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basilio Fernandez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Ruquense FC got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Quirze. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Belo Alvarez in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg François-Xavier Dionnet saved Ruquense FC from getting behind. Adolfo Joseph made in the 58th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Silvano Bide immediately put the ball in play. Alcorcón getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Emmanuel Otero hit a great ball. In the 64th minute, Arcadio Ramiréz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvano Bide in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurino Serena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maurino Serena was a little too slow when Silvano Bide got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leroy Antunez in the 90th minute of play forced Ruquense FC's goalkeeper François-Xavier Dionnet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, A.D. Alcorcón's Erlantz Bermejo got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ruquense FC's goalkeeper François-Xavier Dionnet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. A.D. Alcorcón were victorious despite being under pressure from Ruquense FC for much of the match.
