Alcorcón's Maurino Serena got control of the ball when Pavao Zadro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nestor Cortez came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by A.D. Alcorcón's Belo Alvarez. But to his dismay, Belo Alvarez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Maurino Serena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pavao Zadro, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Belo Alvarez struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Nestor Cortez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.D. Alcorcón. Nestor Cortez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belo Alvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pavao Zadro. In the 32ndth minute of the game Belo Alvarez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 33 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's Erlantz Bermejo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nestor Cortez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A.D. Prospero Perico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Maurino Serena made a huge save. Prospero Perico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Lobos de Carelia booed when A.D. Alcorcón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolinar Guijarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lobos de Carelia's Prospero Perico got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 54th match minute, Lobos de Carelia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Confesor to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavao Zadro in the 61st minute of play forced A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
