An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Rameriz in the 41st minute of play forced Roceira SC's goalkeeper Marcelinho Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hulk Speed to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 79th match minute, Errecaborda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prospero Jerardo to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Hulk Speed managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roceira SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hulk Speed was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edmond Verdun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luís Paulo Trevisan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmond Verdun having to interfere. Errecaborda AFC's Rogelio Jakes was substituted for Aírton Urbano. Victorino Sandalio hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Marcelinho Barral came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Errecaborda AFC's Prospero Jerardo. But to his dismay, Prospero Jerardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A hard shot 94 in the game by Isidro Gines from a close distance when the talented Marcelinho Barral managed to make a qualified save. Roceira SC's players were relieved.
