AntraX FDP.'s Xepe Godan got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, Xepe Godan notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sporting de Gijón's Óscar Cordoba. Óscar Cordoba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Óscar Cordoba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xepe Godan in the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, AntraX FDP. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xepe Godan to maneuver through the defense. Kjell Trengereid made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Saturnino Curcio sent off a good shot on target. Óscar Cordoba didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xepe Godan went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After having played for 30 minutes, Xepe Godan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AntraX FDP.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Xepe Godan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 41st minute, Xepe Godan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AntraX FDP. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3.

AntraX FDP. made a substitution. José-Francisco Durazno replaced Fe Nestares. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matias Bilintx to make the kick off. Niceto Dominix hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match.
