Spectators: 1028 (Terracing: 772, Seating: 236, VIP seats: 20) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alo Hurt got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th match minute, U21 Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zuñiga Haces to maneuver through the defense. Robi Rahusoo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitor Senqui in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute of the game Zuñiga Haces made a throw-in which Lastra Osas played forward. 14 minutes into the match, U21 Estonia's goal looked a bit too open when Vitor Senqui came free, but Robi Rahusoo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alo Hurt took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julian De La Rosa-Zevallos. Julian De La Rosa-Zevallos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucio Jado got free with Robi Rahusoo in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zuñiga Haces made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by U21 Estonia's Jass Rihma. Victor Peres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Robi Rahusoo made a huge save. In the 25th minute of the match U21 Ecuador got a corner. U21 Estonia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Segundo Balaunde ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Segundo Balaunde got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Robi Rahusoo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Alo Hurt came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the U21 Estonia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alo Hurt couldn't finish the play. U21 Ecuador's Julian De La Rosa-Zevallos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alo Hurt in the 37th minute of play. Julian De La Rosa-Zevallos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jass Rihma, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

U21 Ecuador made a substitution. Diego Di Maria replaced Lucio Jado. In the 55th match minute, U21 Estonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergo Kesa to maneuver through the defense. Robi Rahusoo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Balaunde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Villafuerte Aramoyana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robi Rahusoo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for U21 Ecuador! Julian De La Rosa-Zevallos had in the 63rdth minute some difficulties stopping Alo Hurt's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball Julian De La Rosa-Zevallos came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by U21 Estonia's Alo Hurt. But to his dismay, Alo Hurt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Villafuerte Aramoyana in the 69th minute of play forced U21 Estonia's goalkeeper Robi Rahusoo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zuñiga Haces hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Robi Rahusoo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Villafuerte Aramoyana in the 79th minute of play. The supporters of U21 Ecuador booed when U21 Estonia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivar Villig didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Balaunde in the 82nd minute of play forced U21 Estonia's goalkeeper Robi Rahusoo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Joe Algaja dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Julian De La Rosa-Zevallos, 0-3. Aadu Jaago hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Villafuerte Aramoyana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Robi Rahusoo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. U21 Estonia walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
