The tension between the PARA QUE TE TRAJE and the MACUMBA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, PARA QUE TE TRAJE's Ermegildo Luar got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 14th minute, Antonio Iaki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ermegildo Luar got his second yellow card in the match during the 16th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 17 played minutes PARA QUE TE TRAJE got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Luar. PARA QUE TE TRAJE's Cayetano Garoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Augusto Sabóia in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute João Augusto Sabóia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Garoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Paulo Renato Garcia in the 25th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by PARA QUE TE TRAJE's Clemente Laurendi. Ronaldinho Mazza's late challenge caught a PARA QUE TE TRAJE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ronaldinho Mazza helped the player get up and apologised. Ronaldinho Mazza kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Clemente Laurendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Pedro Augusto Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Luís Ramalho made in the 40th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by PARA QUE TE TRAJE's Cornelio Aureo. After some careless play in the MACUMBA defense, Clemente Laurendi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Augusto Sena. The MACUMBA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Augusto Sena should have stopped the shot. In the 45th minute, Antonio Iaki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Augusto Sena was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Fulgencio Medina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

PARA QUE TE TRAJE were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after MACUMBA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hermengildo Odol took the corner. PARA QUE TE TRAJE's Hermengildo Odol was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pedro Augusto Sena in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Augusto Sabóia in the 58th minute of play forced PARA QUE TE TRAJE's goalkeeper Cayetano Garoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clemente Laurendi hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Claudio Berdaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. PARA QUE TE TRAJE's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudio Berdaitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Augusto Sena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Clemente Laurendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Pedro Augusto Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 in the game PARA QUE TE TRAJE's Claudio Berdaitz showed how dangerous he can be in front of the goal when he by his own managed to get a clear opportunity for a shot. The following shot went just left of the goal. In the 92nd minute Faustão Lira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Garoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faustão Lira's late challenge caught a PARA QUE TE TRAJE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Faustão Lira helped the player get up and apologised. Faustão Lira hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. PARA QUE TE TRAJE had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
