Edgar Kensicki was slow to take the kick. During this time CERRO PORTEÑO's players had a chance to rest. In the 36th minute Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beat Vid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute CERRO PORTEÑO were awarded a corner. Edgar Kensicki went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bento Chandeiro in the 39th minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Cãlin Damaschin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Beat Vid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CERRO PORTEÑO. In the 43rd match minute, Aioros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mai Cheng Zhen to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bento Chandeiro was the one to do the kick off. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Aioros FC's goalkeeper Beat Vid, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. CERRO PORTEÑO's Cãlin Damaschin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aivaras Lozoraitis in the 65th minute of play. CERRO PORTEÑO made a substitution. 王树帆 replaced Edgar Kensicki. Cãlin Damaschin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bento Chandeiro went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in CERRO PORTEÑO's zone, Ernest Haaland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cãlin Damaschin came out of the goal and Ernest Haaland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Aioros FC's Ernest Haaland got a free kick in the 83rd minute. With an all-out effort, CERRO PORTEÑO's Beat Vid threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 王树帆, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 88 minutes into the match, CERRO PORTEÑO's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Haaland came free, but Cãlin Damaschin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beat Vid made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis in the 90th minute. Beat Vid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 王树帆 in the 91st minute of play. After 93 played minutes CERRO PORTEÑO got a freekick which was hit by Moreno Martins. In the 95th minute, Ernest Haaland left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aioros FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the CERRO PORTEÑO players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Aioros FC.
