Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Despidida AFC from getting a goal against them. Alvaro Raymond's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Spencer Holder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Despidida AFC were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after S.D. Bajen's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emanuel Lucila took the corner. The corner ended in Emanuel Lucila almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but S.D. Bajen's Spencer Holder did a great save. In the 21st minute Alvaro Raymond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Spencer Holder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute of the match Emanuel Lucila shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Spencer Holder showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by S.D. Bajen's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Emanuel Lucila was slow to take the kick. During this time Despidida AFC's players had a chance to rest. Lincoln Hand struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Fernando Selatse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.D. Bajen. 36 minutes into the match, S.D. Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Raymond came free, but Spencer Holder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute Despidida AFC were awarded a corner. Emanuel Lucila went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Emanuel Lucila almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but S.D. Bajen's Spencer Holder did a great save. 39 minutes into the match, Alvaro Raymond had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Spencer Holder. S.D. Bajen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvaro Raymond was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Fernando Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Nicolae, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alvaro Raymond stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fernando Selatse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lincoln Hand in the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's Alvaro Raymond sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Spencer Holder narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Claudinei Ramalho was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 67 minutes had been played. The supporters of Despidida AFC booed when S.D. Bajen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinei Ramalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Despidida AFC's Pastor Tino was substituted for Kajetan Gdowik. S.D. Bajen's Korey Benedict was substituted for João Rodrigo. Claudinei Ramalho hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 73rd match minute, Despidida AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinu Ivănescu to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute, Lincoln Hand left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.D. Bajen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The supporters of Despidida AFC booed when S.D. Bajen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Foster Contreras didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute Lincoln Hand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Selatse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. S.D. Bajen made a substitution. Sam Malone replaced Kacper Wasikowski. S.D. Bajen's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adrian Nicolae in the 83rd minute. With an all-out effort, Despidida AFC's Spencer Holder threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dinu Ivănescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Spencer Holder came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Despidida AFC's Dinu Ivănescu. But to his dismay, Dinu Ivănescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Spencer Holder made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Emiliano Velasco sent off a good shot on target. 96 minutes into the match, S.D. Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Velasco came free, but Spencer Holder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 96 minutes, Emiliano Velasco made it 1-5 with a short kick to the right side. S.D. Bajen's Spencer Holder tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
