An unexpectedly hard shot by Härmo Vides in the 3rd minute of play forced Gunners ARS's goalkeeper Zachary Majczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Haljala booed when Gunners ARS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbyszko Bejger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zachary Majczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvin Lilleväli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haljala's Tibor Pálffy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wit Rzeszutek in the 11th minute of play. Gunners ARS were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Haljala's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wit Rzeszutek took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Wit Rzeszutek got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tibor Pálffy quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 15th minute of the match, Wit Rzeszutek tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tibor Pálffy saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Tibor Pálffy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Slawomir Plech in the 17th minute. Edvin Lilleväli scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zachary Majczyk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zachary Majczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Dobrițoiu in the 22nd minute of the match. Tibor Pálffy made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Juliusz Giertych sent off a good shot on target. Wit Rzeszutek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Tibor Pálffy made a huge save. Härmo Vides hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Haljala's Ragnar Tähismaa got a free kick in the 29th minute. Zachary Majczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Dobrițoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After having played for 41 minutes, Edvin Lilleväli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Haljala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edvin Lilleväli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Haljala getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Rauno Aavakivi hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adam Dobrițoiu was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Gunners ARS's goal looked a bit too open when Edvin Lilleväli came free, but Zachary Majczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tibor Pálffy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juliusz Giertych in the 57th minute of play. With a little luck, Gunners ARS's Zachary Majczyk got control of the ball when Adam Dobrițoiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 66th minute, Miroslaw Wydrych hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Haljala played a much better game than Gunners ARS and deserved their victory. The Gunners ARS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
