Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) Bill Fitzpatrick could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Einar Klysnov made a huge save. U21 Denmark's Einar Klysnov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bill Fitzpatrick in the 6th minute of play. After a rather tough play, U21 Australia's Nathaniel Warren got a free kick in the 7th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Bill Fitzpatrick cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Einar Klysnov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Einar Klysnov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Best Pukallus's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Einar Klysnov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bill Fitzpatrick in the 24th minute of play. After 25 played minutes U21 Australia got a freekick which was hit by Matthias Hanslow. The U21 Denmark fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when U21 Denmark's Eli Løndov looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Best Pukallus's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Einar Klysnov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. U21 Denmark's Einar Klysnov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Best Pukallus in the 37th minute of play. Sydney Ross made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eli Løndov in the 39th minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Jozef Ilve was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. U21 Denmark's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave U21 Australia the free kick. Best Pukallus charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Best Pukallus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Best Pukallus hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. U21 Australia's Jonty Mewburn was substituted for Nathaniel Warren. The supporters of U21 Denmark booed when U21 Australia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Best Pukallus didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bill Fitzpatrick was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to U21 Australia getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jonty Mewburn hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the match, U21 Australia's goalkeeper Sydney Ross had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eli Løndov. 57 minutes into the game, Stor Back threw the ball into play from the sideline. U21 Australia's Barnett Hickman quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Fillip Sivananda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sydney Ross having to interfere. U21 Denmark made a substitution. Alex Wenike replaced Eli Løndov. After 73 minutes of play, U21 Australia's Lucas Head Son made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Einar Klysnov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Best Pukallus in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Einar Klysnov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sydney Ross showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Wenike in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Best Pukallus in the 83rd minute of play forced U21 Denmark's goalkeeper Einar Klysnov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentino Panetta hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. U21 Australia's Sydney Ross played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fillip Sivananda in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fillip Sivananda in the 85th minute of play forced U21 Australia's goalkeeper Sydney Ross to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sydney Ross made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Gorm Jattu sent off a good shot on target. 94 minutes into the game, Constantin Corfitzen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Sydney Ross was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Many of U21 Denmark's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. U21 Denmark may have spent more time on the ball, but U21 Australia were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
