If Franky Dhondt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Robert Haegg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Falcioni was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Cardo Ruso Cordobés's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 狄钢远 in the 32nd minute. Xie Bang Ang made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Franky Dhondt sent off a good shot on target. Julio Falcioni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Haegg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Falcioni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Haegg in the 45th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After a defensive mix-up in Cardo Ruso Cordobés's zone, Robert Haegg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Falcioni came out of the goal and Robert Haegg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Falcioni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robert Haegg in the 58th minute. When Jorge Panpili fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cardo Ruso Cordobés's protests and gave Jorge Panpili a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60th minute, Jorge Panpili hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute of the match Rolando Haimar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Falcioni showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Cardo Ruso Cordobés booed when ARedonditos de Ricota CFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Chávez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Florentino Berasko kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Falcioni. In the 73rd minute, ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Emilio Gonzales ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julio Falcioni. With a little luck, Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Julio Falcioni got control of the ball when Florentino Berasko tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute Florentino Berasko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Falcioni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Bennvar Back sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xie Bang Ang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Xie Bang Ang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bennvar Back in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goalkeeper Julio Falcioni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Clemente Beltran. In the 94th minute Emilio Gonzales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Falcioni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
