The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ramon Pueblo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Sebastian Quirce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 9 minutes of play, Pan FC's Arnaldo Urtzi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Big Hands was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sebastian Quirce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramon Pueblo in the 16th minute. In the 16thth minute of the game Ramon Pueblo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pan FC's Sebastian Quirce was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Big Hands took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ambrosio Opilano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ambrosio Opilano in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Big Hands prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sebastian Quirce was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ramon Pueblo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 33 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Urtzi in the 36th minute of play forced BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Big Hands to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB defense, Arnaldo Urtzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Big Hands. The BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Big Hands should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramon Pueblo was the one to do the kick off. Arnaldo Urtzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Big Hands read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Sebastian Quirce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Pueblo, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Big Hands came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pan FC's Arnaldo Urtzi. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Urtzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Pan FC's Antonio Sabina was substituted for Nelson Hawley. Sebastian Quirce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Arlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramon Pueblo scored 2-4 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Quirce, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Pan FC booed when BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Forsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the match, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Big Hands had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 许明卫. If 许明卫 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 95 minutes into the match, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when 许明卫 came free, but Big Hands reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
