Luciano Estebano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kraig Fred went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 14 minutes into the game, Estudiantes de América's Kraig Fred nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luciano Estebano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After taking down the ball on Estudiantes de América's corner Maximo Dei fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Luciano Estebano quite easily take care of the ball. Marcos Ranolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Rito in the 21st minute of the match. 27 minutes into the game, Kraig Fred cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Luciano Estebano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ascacibar-Pérez's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Kraig Fred scored to the left of an out of position Luciano Estebano, making the score, 5-0. 36 minutes into the match, Kraig Fred notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Ascacibar-Pérez's Luciano Estebano. Luciano Estebano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcos Ranolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Rito in the 39th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Leo Iratze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kraig Fred could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Luciano Estebano made a huge save. Roman Etxekopar's late challenge caught a Estudiantes de América's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roman Etxekopar helped the player get up and apologised. 46 minutes into the match, Ascacibar-Pérez's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Ruisko came free, but Luciano Estebano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelo Rito made a kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Angelo Rito tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcos Ranolfo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kraig Fred in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luciano Estebano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luciano Estebano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kraig Fred, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ascacibar-Pérez's goalkeeper Luciano Estebano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Korneliusz Miodek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Estudiantes de América's Joel Cordarrel was substituted for Cornelio Ruisko.
