Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Gunnar Dyrstad started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Alemannia Aachen's La Rat got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alemannia Aachen's Jess Carnduff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Pablo Fretheim in the 10th minute of play. In the 16th minute La Rat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bakezda Mann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bakezda Mann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from La Rat in the 18th minute of play. Bakezda Mann came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Alemannia Aachen's Mateusz Rydel. But to his dismay, Mateusz Rydel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 30 played minutes FK Dampsaga got a freekick which was hit by Preben Bjørkmo. Bakezda Mann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateusz Rydel in the 31st minute of play. After 32 minutes FK Dampsaga's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mateusz Rydel who took care of the corner kick. In the 35th minute, Thomas Müller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thomas Müller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Bakezda Mann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, La Rat made a precise shot to the right of Bakezda Mann. FK Dampsaga's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

FK Dampsaga's Morten Førland was substituted for Marius Kleven. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Thomas Müller took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Bakezda Mann to make any attempt to save it. Bakezda Mann made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when La Rat sent off a good shot on target. Mateusz Rydel hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. When Bengt Rosenbaum fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alemannia Aachen's protests and gave Bengt Rosenbaum a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Bengt Rosenbaum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Müller in the 89th minute of play forced FK Dampsaga's goalkeeper Bakezda Mann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, FK Dampsaga's Bakezda Mann got control of the ball when La Rat tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Alemannia Aachen walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
