Bagarmossen's Wictor Mejling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariusz Motyl in the 27th minute of play. Maciej Hoffman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Wictor Mejling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dobromir Gdowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börje Westerberg in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Jedrzej Skarpiak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fritz Elg came free with the goalkeeper in the 43rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dobromir Gdowski could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jens-Åke Godholm got free with Dobromir Gdowski in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Dobromir Gdowski managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Bagarmossen's Jens-Åke Godholm fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariusz Motyl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 72ndth minute of the game Börje Westerberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tomitak Wrocław's Dobromir Gdowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
