Francana's Renan Melo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayetano Monico in the 19th minute of play. Valentin Bernal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Koenig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Monico in the 25th minute of play forced A.A. Francana's goalkeeper Renan Melo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Renan Melo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cayetano Monico went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Francana's Renan Melo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save A.A. Francana from getting a goal against them. Renan Melo made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Cayetano Monico sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Cayetano Monico took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Renan Melo to make any attempt to save it. After some careless play in the Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ defense, Roman Koenig kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valentin Bernal. The Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valentin Bernal should have stopped the shot. Igor Milko who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Renan Melo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Valentin Bernal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Charlie Boström went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score. A.A. Francana's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
