In the 89th minute Samuel Butcher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Wegmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, SV Gerasdorf's Tom Konsel seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tom Konsel the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SV Gerasdorf protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tom Konsel had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SV Gerasdorf! The SV Gerasdorf players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Swanley FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
