In the 3rd minute, Filip Bykowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Betão de Moraes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Betão de Moraes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oséias Gerber's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Oséias Gerber managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sipo EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Oséias Gerber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Betão de Moraes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oséias Gerber scored 0-2 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Betão de Moraes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Betão de Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oséias Gerber, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. When Rafinha Fernandez fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 20 de Março FC's protests and gave Rafinha Fernandez a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sipo EC booed when 20 de Março FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafinha Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valdir Arósio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Betão de Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oséias Gerber in the 18th minute of the match. After 21 minutes of play, Sipo EC's Oséias Gerber made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Betão de Moraes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Noel Velloso took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Betão de Moraes. Betão de Moraes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After 29 minutes, Oséias Gerber made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. 20 de Março FC's Betão de Moraes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32ndth minute of the game Oséias Gerber who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 20 de Março FC's Betão de Moraes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oséias Gerber in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Betão de Moraes saved 20 de Março FC from getting behind. Betão de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdir Arósio in the 39th minute of play. Elói Ferreira scored 0-6 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Betão de Moraes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 46 minutes of play, Sipo EC's Valdir Arósio made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Betão de Moraes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

A collision led to 20 de Março FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Michel Madureira hit a great ball. Oséias Gerber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 64 minutes, Rodolfo Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sipo EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodolfo Porto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to 20 de Março FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. David Soeiro hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the game, Fernando Pimenta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 20 de Março FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sipo EC the free kick. The supporters of Sipo EC booed when 20 de Março FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Pimenta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd play minute Oséias Gerber came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Betão de Moraes. 0-9. Elói Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betão de Moraes having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Sipo EC's Noel Velloso ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Betão de Moraes. Betão de Moraes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. Oséias Gerber who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Betão de Moraes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 96th minute Silvano Mohamed suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Patrick Fontes kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Sipo EC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than 20 de Março FC.
