In the 15thth minute of the game Oséias Gerber who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cremonese FC's Kong Gang Zhan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carroll Hathaway made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afiz Cho in the 17th minute of play. Noel Velloso charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The corner led Sipo EC's Silvano Mohamed to fire away a dangerous shot which Kong Gang Zhan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
